from Bangkok to Siem Reap

When you’re living in Thailand it’s very easy to travel in the nearest countries. So, today I’ll tell how we went to Cambodia to see Angkor Wat. There are few ways how to go there. The train goes twice in a day at 5.55 and 13.05. The cost of the ticket is 50 bath. The way will takes 5.5 hours.  The second one is by air. Bangkok Airways fly there few times in a day. Of course it will be very easy but we don’t choose easy ways and we decide to go by bus.

Phetchaburi

After visiting Khao Yoi cave temple we moved to the south and made stop in Phetchaburi to visit Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park. There is located summer palace of king Rama IV. The cost of the ticket is 150 bath.

If you will travel from Bangkok to the south or back you must see the Paputasiyasn Paputabatjamlong Pajaootong temple. It was detected accidentally.  I saw this hill many times but i have never interested what is there (on google maps 13.238494,99.823886)

So different Bangkok.

Bangkok is always different for me. At dawn it usually in a gray haze.

Queen's Birthday

Today in Thailand all people celebrate birthday of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit. Also in this day celebrates Mother's Day. Her Majesty Queen Sirikit was born on the 12th of August in 1932.

Before few weeks people start to decorate buildings and streets with royal symbols and portraits of the Queen. Traditionally, in this day women receive gifts and souvenirs decorated with jasmine flowers.

Hello! I am Alice and now i live in Thailand.
The idea to write about life here was coming to me many times but you know, the most important is to start ) I decide to share my experience with people such as me, living here.
